Attorney David Diaz is a practicing member of three state bars including Florida, New York and New Jersey. He founded The David Diaz Firm with the idea that Family Law is a personal and emotional area of law and that the people need an attorney who not only knows the law, but is compassionate and empathetic about their personal needs. He later began practicing Bankruptcy Law as it became evident that many people need a fresh start in their finances and desire to have a clean slate.
